Where do I enter a special code?

Answer

If you have a valid code you will need to perform the following simple steps.

STEP 1

Login into Familyrelatives.org using your normal registered email address and password

STEP 2

Once you have logged in the  Welcome Page appears as follows:

STEP 3

Select the Purchase Units Button which will take you to the Select Purchase Units Page

STEP 4

Enter the Promotional Code into the appropriate box (e.g. 12345 - please note this is not a working code) and then press Continue. Please note you may not always require a promotion or voucher password.

STEP 5

The following Special Offers then appear higlighted for 150 units and 240 units.

Select the number of units you wish to purchase and select the second Continue button.

Now complete the purchase as normal.
