Problem
I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

If the following occurs;

You may find the following information useful when you next request or receive a temporary password.
Please follow the instructions below on login in with the temporary password;
TEMPORARY PASSWORD
Temporary password html/text email attachments are sent to you by an Automailer server, please use the latest one sent to you and use this the next time you login to www.familyrelatives.org
The temporary password is a combination of letters and numbers which we recommend you Copy and Paste into the password login field as this will avoid any possible errors. The temporary password will work only once.
Answer
STEP 1
If you try to Login more than three times with the incorrect password your account will be locked.
If you have forgotten your password then you should select ‘Forgotten your Password’ either on the Login Window or on the Home Page.

STEP 2
If you type an incorrect password an ‘Invalid Password’ message in red will appear in the left hand side of the window.

STEP 3
If you have entered your password incorrectly more than three times or have selected ‘Forgotten your Password’ then the window below will appear.
Once you have entered your temporary password and registered email on the LOGIN PAGE a new CHANGE PASSWORD PAGE will open requesting you enter a new password of your choice in the Enter New Password field and then Confirm your new password.

STEP 4
The following screen will appear confirming that we will send you a new Temporary password to the registered email address. You must then change the password to one you can remember. Please note that when you receive this password you will need to select a new password that you are able to remember.
Once you have read the information select ‘Continue to Home Page’

Please note that if you have not received an email with a new password within 5 minutes please check your email account settings to ensure that our email has not been deleted by your anti-spam settings. Temporary Passwords are sent in an HTML email format.

STEP 5

STEP 6
Please note that the Temporary password is case sensitive. If you incorrectly enter the temporary password more than three times your account will automatically lock and will have to start the process again.
Therefore we suggest that you copy and paste the password.

STEP 7
Once you have received the Temporary password email go to the Login page.
In the email box enter your registered email address.
In the password box enter the Temporary password – ensuring that is identical to the Temporary password provided in the email (please note the password in case sensitive (i.e. lowercase and uppercase).
LOGIN with the Temporary Password as follows;
LOGIN PAGE
Email: Registered email – as previous
Password: Enter Temporary Password – copy and paste into place
Then press ‘Login’

STEP 8
Change Password Page
Then in the Enter New Password Box enter: your new password
In the Confirm New Password enter: your new password for a second time (remember it is case sensitive).
Enter New Password: Enter a password of your choice e.g. mexico
Confirm New Password: Confirm above password e.g. mexico
Please note your 'Enter New Password' and 'Confirm New Password' must be the same.
Then Press ‘Submit’

STEP 9
If all the information is correct the following window will appear which will signify that the Password has been changed successfully.
Simply press the ‘Welcome Page’ button and you will be direct to the Welcome Page. You are now able to use the website as normal.
Please note that your personal details can be changed at any time under MyAccount including password and memorable place.

Please note: If you do not receive a new temporary password please check your spam/filter/firewall settings.
