If you wish to view the FREE records only, there is no commitment (other than we ask you to respect copyright) and no payment is required - only your registration.
There are some records for which we do charge. The reason for this is that we either have to pay a Copyright fee to the License holder or we have made a substantial investment in fully indexing the data to make it more accessible to our members.
